Lost Soul Aside has always been compared to Devil May Cry and Final Fantasy XV in terms of its action and presentation. Today’s footage marks our first real look at the game since August 2018. Subsequent gameplay showings over the years continued to impress, and Bing now has a team working on it called UltiZero Games. It was so impressive that Sony stepped in to publish the game, turning Lost Soul Aside into a timed PlayStation 4 exclusive. If you need some catching up, Lost Soul Aside first emerged in 2016 and turned heads for its fast-paced action and triple-A presentation despite Bing being its sole developer at the time. ![]() We also learned that it's also heading to PlayStation 5. Kazer and his dragon pal seem to be on a journey to recruit new and powerful enemies into some kind of cause, all the while being hunted by authorities. In addition to the support from PlayStation, the game also grabbed Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil 2 remake composer Cody Matthew Johnson, who confirmed on Twitter that he's involved in Lost Soul Aside's soundtrack.Īs for the story, Lost Soul Aside follows a protagonist named Kazer and a crystal dragon, who is able to morph and shapeshift into anything it pleases, adding another layer to the combat. ![]() The game will presumably be a timed exclusive to PS4/PS5 consoles, likely for a year, before it will find its way to Xbox Series X/S. Lost Soul Aside received a hefty investment from Sony Interactive Entertainment, who will handle publishing duties of the game, and subsequently led to the formation of UltiZero Games as a studio, beefing up Bing's support to a handful of developers. Check out the awesome lengthy gameplay trailer below: Check out 17 minutes of hack and slash gameplay from Lost Soul Aside, a new fast-action game coming to PlayStation from Chinese studio. It really is jaw-dropping spectacle on display here, and much of that is owed to the talent at UltiZero Games - particularly one individual in creator Yang Bing, who started off developing the game as a one-man show. For many, it seems to echoes elements of Devil May Cry, Bayonetta and a tinge of Final Fantasy XV, with combat that explodes thanks to elaborate, stylish combos and flashy particle effects. The latest gameplay trailer for Lost Soul Aside clocks in at 17 minutes and shows off the flexibility and sheer insanity of the game's action-heavy hack-and-slash gameplay loop. ![]() ![]() Historically, Shatner hasn’t been the type to play characters this self-deprecating, but, given his apparent knack for it, here’s hoping this won’t be the last comedic effort in his remarkable career. It’s Shatner who steals, or, rather, owns the show here, proving his comedic worth as he plays up Victor’s naivety and insecurity, notably in a too-short dream sequence involving mobility scooters. Things are set up, things are paid off, but the movie never aims high and so never achieves much. Some unique observations are raised about the triviality of ageing but the script is mild on all fronts. From the bland cover versions of famous pop songs (opening with a tinny rendition of Shocking Blue’s Venus) to the thin and frothy plot, there isn’t much to get excited or irritated over. The film is a lightweight whichever way one looks at it, although this is hardly a crushing disappointment. On one bus journey he meets the bohemian cafe-owner Caroline (Jean Smart) and promptly begins a relationship with her, leading to some typical romcom shenanigans but missing plenty more. (“Buses are for old people!” he defiantly exclaims – his attitude isn’t ironic as it is warranted, but humorous all the same). A drag racing episode with friend Sal (Christopher Lloyd) has revoked Victor of his car and licence, relegating him to taking the bus alongside the frail seniors who contrast so much with his youthful heart. On the roads of the idyllic Palm Springs, former hotshot pilot Victor (Shatner) loses his pride and joy – his vintage Porsche convertible. How fitting then, in Senior Moment, that the Shat stars as a spry 72-year-old. At the incredible age of 90, with a filmography now spanning eight (yes, eight) decades, Shatner has comfortably settled into a career where he seldom headlines less than three projects a year, and gifts them all with an unwavering wit and energy that’s still indistinguishable from the man he was 20 years ago. This kind of flux is frequently utilized in soldering situations in which the existence of active flux can cause problems well with soldering. It is frequently employed in both electrical and electronic operations because it leaves a microscopic coating of residue here on the soldered junction that inhibits corrosion. This particular flux is not required to be removed when the soldering procedure is finished. This kind of flux, which may dissolve in liquid, is frequently used during plumbing as well as other situations in which the soldered junction will come into contact with moisture.
